Q. Is there any charge for registration or using your service?
A. We do not charge any fees for the candidate at any recruitment processes.
Q. How do you handle about candidate’s personal information?
A. The Step Consulting division belongs to Wall Street Associates KK (WSA) and the WSA handles all personal information according to the standards and policies as a matter of policy. Personal information of candidates will never be used for purposes other than supporting their recruitment activities and it will never send out your resume to clients or third parties without your permission in advance.
Q. What is a consultant interview?
A. At first, our consultant asks you about your career plans, backgrounds, work experience & skills, language ability and salary expectations. Then, the consultant advises you on your career direction and the current job market. It usually takes 60 to 90 minutes in total. If your schedule during business hour is very tight, we are happy to arrange the interview out of your office hours or weekends.
Q. I am not thinking about leaving current employer now. Is it possible to just register and discuss with a consultant about my future career objectives?
A. Yes. Leaving current employer may not be the best choice for career objectives in some cases. Please contact us so that we can provide you with comprehensive advice, such as appropriate timing for your successful recruitment.
Q. What types of client companies are covered in your service?
A. Our main client companies are Japanese sales offices or design centers of the US / European based leading companies in High-Tech industry, in particular, wireless and semiconductor sectors. Based on your situation, interests and needs, we will introduce you suitable job(s) to you from above mentioned client companies. We will of course never send out your resume to clients or third parties without your permission in advance.
