Assessment on Candidates by Consultants

First of all, please provide us with details of your current job and life plan and your future career / life aspirations. Based on the provided information together with our knowledge of current market conditions and trends, we can provide you with constructive advice on potential best path and timing for your successful career development. It is difficult to assess your skills and current positioning by yourself objectively. Objective fair evaluation of your career path and life plan can be achieved through our professional consultants.

Some people are advised to keep the current position and some are to move for career change or to be an independent for career development. We build and maintain long- term good relationships with all our candidates

Resume preparation (in English) is good to review your career. It is your job history but also provides you with a good opportunity to list up and evaluate your career. Through resume preparation and review, your strength and weakness will be clearly identified. When you are preparing the first resume in some years, a consultant offer assistance in preparing for it.

First Step to Recruitment

Candidates who went through interview with a consultant and determined to search a new career opportunity will go to the next step.

Based on your resume, a consultant will search best potential positions/companies to fit your backgrounds and career path. Depending on market conditions, suitable positions can be recommended immediately or sometime after.
In recommendation process, we will provide total consultation, including details of the company’s positioning in the market and the reasons to think fit to the candidate.

Proposing to the Clients

Upon the receipt of your agreement to go to the next step, we will forward your resume to the potential employer. We will never send out your resume to clients or third parties without us contacting you first and getting your acceptance.

The potential employer will assess your suitability to the position in referring the provided resume. It usually takes about 1-2 weeks to get the result.

To Interview

If you passed the resume-based selection, you will be contacted for next stage – interview. If your schedule is very tight, we are happy to arrange interview out of office hours, weekends or telephone interviews.

The numbers and style of interviews required vary, depending on clients. Interview via telephone or video conferencing facilities from overseas may also be required in some cases, in addition to face-to-face interview.

When you are preparing the first interview in some years, a consultant offer assistance, if necessary.

Offer and Discussion for Compensation Package

Although the numbers and styles of interviews required vary, depending on clients, most clients make a job offer after 2-4 interviews. Upon the receipt of offer from a client after the final interview, we will contact a candidate to inform.

We will then assist you in negotiation for compensation packages, including salary, bonus and retaining stock options. Should you have any concerns before the new job, please feel free to discuss with a consultant. Start a New JobYour start for the new job after the above process, but this is not an end. You may encounter some concerns and difficulties in new environment. Your situation changes from time to time by various things including private events. We will always assist you about a new job and others by providing long-term constructive advice.
