Step Consulting is a new business division formed by the merger of Step Consulting K.K , in September 2007 with the Engineering Division of Wall Street Associates K. K, a Japan based executive recruiting company with a proven record of recruiting in the fields of Accounting, IT, HR and Finance. Step Consulting has built up a powerful recruiting presence, in the semiconductor and wireless industry sectors. The Step Consulting system involves meeting with candidates to interview them before any introductions take place. The candidate's capabilities, potential, and character are carefully assessed, and outstanding individuals are introduced to client companies. Step Consulting assists in establishing solid communication both ways between client companies and candidates, and provides support to make the recruitment process smooth and successful for both sides.
