Company Description
Leading International Semiconductor company needs an Engineering Team Manager
Responsibilities
* Develop a new engineering team in Japan in cooperation with the engineering team in HQ
* Manage engineers in the team and support business in Japan and globally
* Train and lead the junior engineers technically
* Report to the HQ Engineering team
Requirements
* 10+ years hands on technical experience for IC design (e.g. ASIC, LSI, Mixed Signal, high speed interface, CMOS RF, SRAM, DRAM, Flash Memory)
* Management experience for the engineering team
* Prefer MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Material Science or Physics
* Good communication skills (Japanese & English)

*Salary: 8 to 10 Million, Depending on experience
