Responsibilities
* Develop the company's current business, take it to the next level.
* Work closely with a team of Sales Account Magaers.
* Work with the company's distributors and develop the business through strategic account management
* Achieving & exceeding monthly sales quotas
* Create a customer base/revenue forecast
* Contribute to the sales performance of the team as a whole.
* Understand the full range of products & services of the company
* Identify opportunities & drive local sales/applications team efforts
Requirements
* Experience or knowledge in Semiconductor and Wireless Communications industry
* Preferably have experience in managing Distributors and dealing with key Major Japanese OEMs
* Sales experience
* Effective communication skills
* A sense of urgency & prioritising ability
* Excellent time & territory management and organisational skills
* Able to adapt quickly & work smoothly under pressure
* High commitment to customer service
