Responsibilities
* Implementation of wireless products in mainland markets; including commissioning, system integration, maintenance and technical support.
* Track and solve technical issues with clients.
* Keep effective communication with domestic TAC (Technical Assistance Centre), to solve the escalated problems
* Provide necessary technical support and training to customer and local engineers
* Cooperate with Project Manager to deal with engineering management and Subcontractor engineer management on-site
Requirements
* Wireless engineering experience including maintenance and technical support
* Proactive interpersonal skills and strong communication skills
Preferred Experience
* Knowledge in at least one of the following system architecture, signal procedure, GPRS/GSM, CDMA, WCDMA or PHS
