Company Description

Responsibilities
*Maximize "sales" and "customer satisfaction" through sales activities
*Support and manage business partners (reseller & OEM partner)
*Provide technical consultation regarding operation details, configuration and turning of LSI Storage products
*FAE activity to provide product installation, tuning and administration services to
customers as required
*Train OEM and end user staff in installation, set-up, repair and administration of LSI products and solutions
*Support customers for evaluation & qualification for new products' adoption
*Provide telephone and on site supports appropriate to supplement customer service capabilities
*Initiate conference call with customer and US engineering resources as needed
*Proovide feedback to HQ, customer service and R&D regarding technical issues, Japanese market requirements and opportunities for product improvements
*Identify potential OEM opportunity in Japan. US and domestic reporting
Requirements
*Minimum 5 years professional experience in Storage/PC server
industry
*Demonstrated record of meeting or exceeding increasing quotas in recent five years
*Deep technical understanding and hands on experiences in end user and OEM support and system integration
*Some sales experiences to major Japanese server vendors
*OEM opportunity development experience
*Demonstrated ability to operate with minimal supervision
*Must be goal- oriented, self- starter
*Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all levels of people
*Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non- technical customers in Japanese, English language skills sufficient (TOEIC 650) to absorb technical
documentation and training courses as well as managing conference calls between customer and US engineering resources
*Demonstrated ability to learn new product technologies quickly
*Ability to determine when own expertise is insufficient to the task and seek timely assistance from those with more experience or knowledge
-Preferred Experience:
* Bachelor degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
