Responsibilities
The Developer Relation Manager supports game developers collaboratively with internal engineers. He/She maintains close communications with game developers to release titles and games for game consoles, and proposes, manages, and controls various services to help game developers increase their productivity.
To also provide various existing services to enable the high productivity of professional game developers who will be our partners and plan, propose, and manage the improvement of services and productivity to satisfy customer needs.
Requirements
-Excellent interpersonal communication skills
-Business experience requiring close communications with customers
-The ability to implement responses to customer needs in a constructive manner
-Enthusiasm and a deep interest in business
Either or both of the following types of experience required
-Experience in the provision of service to improve customer satisfaction
-Experience in engaging in game development management
