Responsibilities
*Lead identifying the new product opportunities, consolidating technical, resource, cost and planning data
*Submit quotations and negotiate price to customers
*Lead the team to identify, understand and mitigate risks for business wins
*Support weekly reviews of open projects with the Program Management, and drive actions where required to meet business goals
*Report the status of projects to the customer and internal organisation, escalating issues as necessary
*Prepare and issue key control documents: NPO, PQF, Quotation, Confirmation Letter
*Ensure confidentiality of commercially sensitive information, and compliance to business procedures
*Ensure forecasting accurate demand planning based on market and customer given information
*Control AR
*Manage prototype related communication internally and externally
*Support Customer Quality Engineer to obtain customer homologation of new component sources and designs
*Share experience and best-practice within the customer team
Requirements
*Bachelors degree in general management or related field
*MBA preferred
*Minimum 5 years of commercial experience (mix of sales & marketing), preferably in the automotive aftermarket industry
Preferred Experience
*Proficiency in MS Excel, SAP
