Responsibilities
* regional responsibility for MCTS Asia
* marketing & sales in the region of Asia with focus to Japan, Korea und China
*Leadership of the local office for development and supervision of vehicles series production for Japanese OEM projects in Japan
*Leadership of the plant for the divisions production, technical / process planning, logistics, quality, supervision of vehicles series production, human resources and plant controlling
*Assuring on schedule, specification and high quality production
*Cooperation with customers regarding quality and production planning
*Budget- planning and responsibility, capital investment planning (target for internal divisions or corporate function e.g. purchasing to achieve the required profitability. Initiating of measures in case of known or planned variations. Submitting and representing the results to the end of month with detailed statement in case of variations to budget. Quarterly amendment of the overview plan/ actual for the business year. Administration and control of all important indicators, incl. financal indicators)
*Reporting to the management board
*Implementation/updating of program-sensitive personnel planning
*Providing operational safety within the plant
*Cooperation with local work council
Requirements
*education
graduate engineer or industrial engineer with long professional experience
Preferred Experience
*experience (sort)
At least 3-years experience as an production manager, ideally as an system supplier for the automotive supplier industry;
wide knowledge in production technologies and JIT;
intense thinking for cost and quality;
approved management qualification and pronounced communication skills
Desired Traits
*specific knowledge
cost planning, SAP-R3, MS-Office, project management, Manufacturing and logistic Know-how, good command of written and spoken english and german
