Overview

Company Description

* U.S. semiconductor (FPGA) vendor Open Communication ged.

Responsibilities

* Marketing plan development, execution, measurement and adjustment

*Product positioning and messaging to Japan market

*New product and solution roll out to market, sales, distributor and press.

*Product and solution promotion and campaign to drive revenue and increase market share.

*Develop business strategy to drive revenue and increase market share.

*Training and education of customer and sales forces including distribution.

*3rd party development and relation build including joint marketing.

*Align with XKK sales, distributors to drive revenue and increase market share.

*Align with WMS and HVG for strategy and goals.

Requirements

* MSEE or BSEE +6 years of FPGA product marketing and business development experience
*Technical expertise in Digital circuit design and support.
*Excellent Japanese and English communication skills (verbal and written), and business acumen are critical
*FPGA Design experience

Preferred Experience

*Knowledgeable of industry trends and dynamics

Desired Traits

*Self directed and highly motivated with a willingness to take the initiative when needed

Description of Benefits

*Salary: Up to around 14M. The actual figure is dependent on your level of skills, experience and current pay package
