Responsibilities
We are looking for a skilled, dedicated Test Manager. You'll lead a passionate team of experienced individuals in testing games. You'll be working with the largest and best game development companies and partners in Japan. Our goal is to make great titles that will help drive the platform here in Japan, and achieve recognition world-wide. In additional to being deeply involved in the actual development of individual titles, you'll also engage with game development partners and professionals all over the world to localize our products for the rest of the world.
Requirements
Qualifications would include；
-Minimum of 6+ years as a SDE/T Lead
-Passionate about game quality
-Excellent project management skills and ability to juggle multiple projects at once.
-Demonstrated ability to ship high-quality software on time.
-Familiarity with Redmond best practices
-Tested Leadership under fire
Preferred Experience
Would strongly prefer:
-Bilingual ability (Japanese/English)
-Experience in the game industry
-Experience in a Test Manager role
-CS Degree or other technical experience
Desired Traits
-Great communication and collaboration skills to work across groups and time zones.

*Salary: Up to around 14M. The actual figure is dependent on your level of skills, experience and current pay package
