Responsibilities
* The Account Manager will be responsible and accountable for defining, driving and implementing a global customer sales strategy with PC Company
* The Account manager will work collaboratively with client Japan's Headquarter management.
* He/she will directly lead the Japan team formed by FSEs and MDM, ensuring a constant global alignment towards the key strategic objectives.
* He/she will be in charge of the executive relationship with the PC Company President and his direct staff, and will have to exercise influence on him and through him across their organization.
Requirements
* We are looking for a strong, proactive, highly-motivated seasoned Manager, with 5+ years of world class management experience.
* The candidates will have to demonstrate:
Strong knowledge of Company’s strategies, products, and technologies
Solid people management and team leadership skills and ability to drive, develop and motivate a multi-cultural high-performing team spread across Japan, Europe, Asia and America and ability in managing 'global' in a human day to day context.
* Strong executive relationship skills,
Preferred Experience
* Strong negotiating expertise and capable in managing complex multimillion dollar deals.
* Proven ability to make significant impact in dynamic, global work environments
* Resilience in working under severe pressure
* Solid communication skills (presentation, written and interpersonal)
