Responsibilities

*Overall management of the branch Service function
*Management of technician and administrative work flows to achieve financial targets.
*Build positive working relationships with decision makers at key accounts. Ensure that customer issues and disputes are resolved quickly and equitably.
*Ensure the location has the necessary trained technicians, technical literature, and tooling in place to support the engine populations in the territory.
*Develop and promote Service Marketing programs and Customer Support Plans. Oversee their implementation.

Requirements

*Diesel technician (trade school certificate) or Engineering /
Technology degree preferred.
*Business Level English skill
