Overview

Responsibilities

* Design, develop, and/or integrate embedded TV set top box software in C and C++ languages
* Customize products and services for end-to-end consumer applications
* Develop cutting-edge technologies to provide the next generation of digital solutions for satellite and cable TV operators worldwide at the middleware / OS or application level, providing customers with a fully integrated set-top box software solutions
* Liaison Japanese standard specification to internal core development team in US to implement standards
* Interact with customers and partners to develop end-to-end system specifications
* Develop, create, debug and/or modify general computer applications software or specialized Interactive Television programs/products
* Research, design, develop, and test operating systems-level software and applications
* Collaboration with production and creative design teams

Requirements

* Ability to communicate effectively in English via email, telephone or in person.
* Experience in software design/development in C
* Enjoys working with customers
* Have an interest to work in an "international" environment
*Team building and interpersonal skills

Preferred Experience

* Experience in driver implementation
* Experience to create graphic application
* Experience in ARIB, DTV field
