Senior Transmission Engineer position in a dynamic international company with a product portfolio spanning both wireless and wireline network equipment

A dynamic international company with a product portfolio spanning both wireless and wireline network equipment, the company encompasses six business units: broadband access, IP transport, operation support systems, radio access, service core and applications, and services.
Responsibilities
* Be able to consult customer on TRS network planning & design, required to perform network dimensioning and counters & KPI measurements, and able to troubleshoot / identifier network problem.
* Optimize and assure Operators' service-related performance in order to gain the end user satisfaction
* Assess and optimize the network performance and installed base stations
* Advanced management solutions for identification and visualization of decision making KPIs supporting working processes in Operator organizations
Requirements
* Experience of Transmission Network Planning & Optimization to design/dimension, plan and optimize 3G access transmission network systems and network performance assurance.
* Has good knowledge in 3G WCDMA/HSDPA on Access Transmission system level understanding
* Experiences of planning ATM / IP networks for Node B, (S)AXC & RNC
* Good communication skills in both Japanese and English
