Responsibilities
* May lead a project team with responsibility to create plans and delegate tasks to team members.
* Optimize and assure Operators' service-related performance in order to gain the end user satisfaction
* Assess and optimize the network performance and installed base stations
* Advanced management solutions for identification and visualization of decision making KPIs supporting working processes in Operator organization
Requirements
* Technical expertise on 3G network performance monitoring and reporting solutions, which are mainly powered by OSS management products
* HTML-, Java-, Webscript programming, Business Objects, Crystal Reports and database knowhow is essential
* Knowhow in the communication providers KPIs and processes is an advantage
* Out-of-the-box thinking to be able to apply and adjust the solutions according to customer technical and business objectives

* Performance Engineer experience
