Responsibilities
* The Consulting and Systems Integration (CSI) Project Manager (PM) is accountable and responsible for the assigned project scope and execution towards the Customer, CSI business and the Customer Team
* As a CSI Project Manager you work in a team of experts from different departments and countries, coordinating and orchestrating the team and stakeholders to achieve the agreed targets, also focusing on a high level of customer satisfaction
* Project Management of CSI customer projects begins with the acquisition phase (project budgeting and planning) leads throughout delivery phase (project initiation, detailed planning, execution, control) and ends with closing out the project by hand over to the Care organization.
The PM is responsible for planning and delivering projects against deliverables, quality, time and financial baselines
* In the role as Senior Project Management the responsibility also extends into enabling, coaching and supervision of Project Teams and more junior Project Managers in the Region in regard to Project Management competence and methodology

Requirements
* Project experience in the Operation Support Systems and/or Business Support Systems (OSS/BSS) areas
* Experienced and seasoned in Telecommunication Customer Project Management, preferable with CSI/IT and CONVERGED INTEGRATION content
* Management experience of international large-scale Projects mandatory
* Certified in accordance to IPMA, PMI, PRINCE2 or equivalent international accepted standards
* Enabling, coaching and mentoring ability; Strong stakeholder and communication management capabilities with prior exposure to top level management positions (internally and externally).
