Responsibilities
・Opto-coupler (product) sales to Industrial & Automotive market through distribution channel partners
・Account management for customer penetration and customer satisfaction
・understanding of issue of individual channel and sales personnel and take necessary action to improve them. And motivate them
Requirements
・半導体およびエレクトロニクス製品の企業向け営業経験、または特約店営業マネジメント経験５年以上
・顧客設計部門に対して ソリューションの提示およびサポートして行く為の半導体・電子部品に関する知識・サポートスキル
・Global やRegion Sales のチームと定期的な電話やe-mailを通じた交渉、ビジネスコミュニケーションに強みをもっている
・代理店セールスをリードしてビジネスを拡大する、リーダシップ・管理能力
Preferred Experience
・5 years sales experience in Semiconductor / Electronics Field as either Direct or Channel sales
・Semiconductor/Electronics engineering Knowledge & skill to provide support & solution to customer R&D
・English communication & negotiation skill to work with Division in overseas and to gain necessary support to win business
Desired Traits
・半導体部品に関する産業・民生マーケットについての市場・技術動向知識
・英語でのビジネスコミュニケーション能力
・理工学卒以上
